We love beer, we thank heaven. Begrudgingly, we admit we are not the authority on all things "beer," but we know our fair share. Enjoy the good brew with us; correct us where we're wrong.

I've done that with a couple beers. For instance, the Bison Chocolate Stout has two reviews on here. When I have a cellar beer, I do review it but doing together would be pretty instructive. I think I'll offer up some of those very soon.

So have you ever done a side by side review of a brew you cellared along with the review of a beer you did when you bought it? I think if you have some that are ready for drinking that you already reviewed an update would be very interesting. Just a suggestion. If I see this I'll pick it up.
