We love beer, we thank heaven. Begrudgingly, we admit we are not the authority on all things "beer," but we know our fair share. Enjoy the good brew with us; correct us where we're wrong.

Its funny how I don't personally know another Scott, yet we seem to be prevalent (and kick ass) online! I'd love to meet a bunch of you guys some day. Who knows Don, perhaps if I meet up w/ Jim sometime we could consider that a semi-meeting? Cheers!

Gentlemen,

It looks like the Scotts of the world have it. I know what you guys mean, it's highly ingratiating when people love to share goodness with each other. What if it was a world full of Scotts?

Not kidding, one of the few people I've met in person was named Scott. Beer guys (and I'm assuming, girls) are generous people. I've been the recipient of a few acts of kindness from people, simply because we share a common interest in beer. One guy sent me beer just because I said it sounded awesome (Boulevard Seeyoulator, it is AWESOME!), and another left beer on my doorstep because he knew it was my birthday. I do my best to pass along the kindness that's been shared with me, it's the very least I can do.

I have called on all of my brothers named "Scott" and we are planning on taking over the beer-blog world!

Seriously ... It was SUPER cool to meet Mike after months of website / e-mail correspondence. This was the first time I have met an internet friend in person, but for some reason, I wasn't apprehensive about the meeting. Probably because Mike has been a mentor to me in my transition to excellent beer and a super supporter of our site. (Although I am sure my occasional macro-beer reviews probably drive him to drink ... )

Mike: A big "thank you" to you and Andrea for the hospitality yesterday. It was like meeting old friends. Hopefully next time we'll get to enjoy a cold one!

Nice. It really is great when they help you find stuff you don't normally see. Even more than that, I just felt a great connection with Scott. You know how it goes; some people are just easy to get along with and meet...others awkward. It was a pleasure to meet up with Scott.

I had the pleasure of meeting up with a guy I met on Twitter. He rund a wine and beer store in Pullman, WA. He got me some Dogfish Head, the Rye IPA from He'Brew, and the trio of specialty brews from Deschutes, XXI, Mirror Mirror, and the Abyss, Plus a couple other things I can't find in Idaho. So yes it is very cool to meet up with fellow beer and whiskey lovers whom you meet over the internet. I know Jim has met Peter from Simply Beer, and I think he has some similar thoughts. It is always nice to put a face, voice and handshake with a name!
