Nate, I first guessed Grape Nuts were your secret ingredient, but I would have never guessed mayo. Were you going to go with lite though? Regular would have probably given your beer more body, no? Still, glad you went with maple syrup - almost everything is improved with maple syrup. Even mayo. :-) This sounds like a really cool event, and a great idea by Peter!
