		<description>I went through a big Belgian phase a couple of years ago, and Orval never did much for me. I appreciate it being an authentic Trappist ale, but I remember it being forgettable (if that&#039;s possible). Anywho, it&#039;s  a nice beer, but not as engaging as a Rochfort or even a Chimay.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve always found the flavor earthy and woody, too.  Personally, I find the lack of candy sugar tones a nice change of pace.</description>
