HOLY...!! This beer quite simply made the stew. I could probably have used crappy ingredients and Duchesse de Bourgogne would have made the results sing. In fact, it was so good that my beef stew-hating husband wanted me to make it again the next night. I made sure to get an extra couple of bottles to serve with dinner. Fantastic!
