Yes! I can’t wait for you to try it. Lambic truly is a unique style of beer. I just hope we haven’t built it us so much that you wonder what the fuss is all about.

Hey Katie. I can’t believe you are having trouble finding that Lindemans. I know that you live in a smaller town. If you make it to Indy, Plainfield, or Avon (numerous beer stores that have a somewhat decent selection will have that beer). Oh Well! You’ll find it. I’ll tell Andrea hi. I’m excited. I’ll be heading to turn in my application to work there is just a little bit. Scoring a job there would be nice and I imagine there would be a few fringe benefits. By the way, I’ve been to a Flying Saucer in Nashville (or at least somewhere in Tennessee) and it is a groovy place. Magical times, indeed.

That place sounds familiar. I believe I stopped in one of their establishments when I was down for business in “the O.C.” Impressive. Delicious. Overwhelming… it brought tears to my eyes… j/k However, being that I’ve only ventured to California once, I am more familiar with the Flying Saucer back in some of the larger Texas cities. Taps abound, and yes, like the establishment at which you are applying… it is a magical place.
