We love beer, we thank heaven. Begrudgingly, we admit we are not the authority on all things "beer," but we know our fair share. Enjoy the good brew with us; correct us where we're wrong.

It was very sweet on the palate. My wife thought it tasted like apple juice in fact. For some reason I thought it worked well. I am going to cellar a bottle. that sweetness should disintegrate since i am pretty sure bretts was also used in the bottle conditioning.

For me this beer was too sweet on the palette, but I was complex in both flavor and aroma. I agree it is a great entry level sour, IMO.
