I'm pretty anxious to get my hands on some of that Belgian IS, which I hadn't even heard of before this article. I'm assuming the barrels are loaded with Bourbon Barrel Quad, which is my absolute favorite of the series. My love for that beer is so strong that I would have been kicked off of the property at that point in the tour for trying to make love to a barrel. Sounds like you had an awesome experience!
