Mikkeller and Brewdog certainly make for an expensive collaboration. Both are already pricey. I could have bought it about a week ago but decided not to simply because of the price and the not hearing a ton of good stuff about it. Put my money elsewhere.

Yeah I had it, and I thought it was good, but not worth the price premium. I often feel this way after drinking BrewDog beer. Some of their beers are really good, but it almost never seems worth it. A perfect example is the Paradox series or the Divine Rebel collaboration with Mikkeller. Great beers, but not $14 great. This one will slowly fade from memory, and all I’ll remember is the label and that I tried it.

Picked this one up at lunch time, and your complaint of high prices fall on deaf Hoosier ears! $7.50 was the damage at the new downtown Indy Crown Liquors, but that’s actually a little cheap for a Brew Dog release.

@Sean It’s worth the try…I’d put it on my list. I am gonna snag a bottle to stow away for a few years.

@Mike I’d be willing to bet it’s Stone, as it showed up in the stone collection, and there are no other Brew Dog brews at my store.

Do you happen to know who is distributing it? If Stone is there may be a chance I’ll get this but if BrewDog is I’m SOL.

This sounds like an amped version of Juxtaposition that Stone and BrewDog collaborated on with Cambridge. I have to agree on the price. I have been scared off by BrewDog prices before. Maybe I should put it on my Christmas list.
