We love beer, we thank heaven. Begrudgingly, we admit we are not the authority on all things "beer," but we know our fair share. Enjoy the good brew with us; correct us where we're wrong.

I actually encountered some flocculation, while dry hopping cones that were decoction mashing. Haha. Good stuff though, Mike....informative and hilarious. I haven't been on here for a while, and just realized i shouldn't take as much time to get on here again. I'll keep reading and passing the word along.

Bung hole... do you have any TP?

Yeah, I knew that term but had no idea what it was until I had been brewing a while. Prior to that revelation, it evoked (still does, truthfully) memories of Beavis & Butthead.

I am particularly uncomfortable with the beer term, "bung." Especially since a "bung" is placed in a "bung hole."

Maybe it's just me .... I'm sure I'll get over it.
