I can’t believe that I get to do this. Actually, I can’t believe that you’re not coming if you live near Avon. Once again, I have to thank Crown and Cavalier for letting me have some free beer to share with you. Hopefully, you can make it out Friday to taste these two beers. The first is a German Alt beer. By Alt they mean old, as in old style, as in it’s an Ale and not a Lager. I’ve had their DoppelSticke and enjoyed it, so this one should be good, too. The second beer that we are drinking is another “off the beaten path” beer. Last week we had a peppercorn beer from the same brewery, which people really responded to. The offering for this week is a brewed with spices and Hibiscus flowers. I hope that we’ll see you and a friend on Friday, May 8th, between 6-7 p.m.

I’m getting better turn out as time goes by. Maybe 20 people. It will build in time though. I wish you could come. You are drinking that Bourbon County Stout this month, right? I’m excited for you.

Once the word spreads, people will start to swarm! I’ve got the Bourbon Co. Stout ‘on deck’ for this week, maybe even this weekend if things go well!
